What I'm chill with him figuring out: The body that Prisoner uses is dead, and has been dead for some indeterminate amount of time. It is not part of Prisoner just as a glove is not part of a hand.
Prisoner is not wont to leave the body but whatever's inside of the body is more of a biological soup that is of an indeterminate age - due to timey wimey bullshit it's hard for me to say if it would scan as SUPER OLD or not at all. It is nonmagical in nature and it will always be in exceptional health despite the state of the body.
Prisoner was human at one time and is not anymore, though I'm not sure the Sense would give that much insight.
